Exchanges:

If you have questions about the size of your product, please contact us before making a purchase.
For resizing, after receiving the product, we offer resizing services for a fee of $45 (labor) plus the applicable material fee.

Lost Packages:

If you suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Product Materials:

All our jewelry pieces are crafted from genuine 14k gold.
We do not offer plated, dipped, or filled gold products.
Each product comes with a certificate of authenticity, affirming the quality of the materials used.


Custom and Personalized Orders:

We're delighted to collaborate on custom orders tailored to your preferences.
Custom orders typically require 10-14 days for processing.
Please note that engraved or personalized items are non-returnable due to their unique nature.
